Fair and Transparent Refund Policy

We stand behind our services. If you're not satisfied, we offer refunds based on the conditions outlined below. Your satisfaction is important to us.

1. Matchmaking Services

Basic matchmaking services are available to all registered members. Since these services are provided as part of registration, no refunds are applicable as no separate payment is required.

2. VIP Priority Subscriptions

Our VIP Priority subscriptions offer enhanced matchmaking with dedicated matchmakers. Refund eligibility depends on the plan and usage:

Monthly Plans
  • Full refund: Within 7 days of purchase if no matches have been provided
  • Prorated refund: After 7 days, based on unused days remaining
  • No refund: After 30 days or if premium features have been actively used (more than 5 matches viewed, unlimited messages sent)
Quarterly Plans (3 Months)
  • Full refund: Within 14 days of purchase if no matches have been provided
  • Prorated refund: Based on completed months (not available after 50% of plan duration has passed)
  • No refund: After 45 days or if premium features have been extensively used
Yearly Plans (12 Months)
  • Full refund: Within 14 days of purchase if no matches have been provided
  • Prorated refund: Based on completed months (not available after 6 months have passed)
  • No refund: After 6 months or if premium features have been extensively used

3. Counselling Services

Our relationship counselling services are provided by licensed professionals. Refunds follow these guidelines:

Cancellation Policy:
  • Full refund: If cancelled 48+ hours before the scheduled session
  • 50% refund: If cancelled 24-48 hours before the session
  • No refund: If cancelled less than 24 hours before the session
  • No refund: For no-shows or completed sessions
Rescheduling:

Sessions can be rescheduled once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

4. Event Registrations

Events and meetups have specific cancellation policies due to venue and planning requirements:

  • Full refund: If cancelled 7+ days before the event date
  • 50% refund: If cancelled 3-7 days before the event
  • No refund: If cancelled less than 3 days before the event
  • No refund: For no-shows or after the event has occurred

Event Cancellations by Us: If an event is cancelled or postponed by NioSpark, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team through our contact page
  2. Include your order/booking ID and a brief reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with the decision
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  6. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Expected Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 2-5 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and fees are non-refundable:

  • Profile verification fees
  • Profile boost and promotional services
  • Completed counselling sessions
  • Attended events
  • Services explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at time of purchase
  • Administrative or processing fees (if applicable)

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In case of:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation required)
  • Family emergencies (documentation may be required)
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Technical issues on our platform preventing service access

Please contact our support team. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly. Chargebacks can complicate the resolution process and may result in account suspension.

9. Auto-Renewal and Subscription Cancellation

VIP Priority subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled:

  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Cancelling auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current period
  • You will retain access until the end of your current subscription period

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
